FAQ
How can I be sure the metal you use is actually .925 sterling silver?
Every country has different rules about hallmarking precious metals. In Switzerland, where I am located, it is mandatory to have your maker's mark registered in order to be legally allowed to stamp the precious metal contents (e.g. 925 sterling silver). A "925" stamp alone is worthless. What gives it value and credibility is the maker's mark it comes with. Because that means that I can be held liable should a stamped item not be what the stamp makes it out to be.
Can I cancel my order?
If there's an issue, please contact me asap and IF the order hasn't shipped, we might be able to accomodate your wishes. BUT once an order has shipped, the sale is final and no returns will be accepted, no refunds granted.
